OnPoint Nutrition App
The brand new OnPoint Nutrition app officially launched in October 2022 and is a super helpful resource to help you achieve your goals.
Within the app, you can log your food, water, movement, and weight. Everything you log gets shared directly with your nutrition coach, which lets the two of you discuss it together.
Your nutrition coach will also send you goals within the app so you have constant reminders of what you’re focusing on this week. The goals are all customized for you and set together with your nutrition coach.
The app also connects you directly with your nutritionist or dietitian via a chat feature. You can text your dietitian 24/7 with any questions or issues. When you have a question, send it, no need to save them all up for your next session.
The app also contains a resources section where your coach will send you educational materials that are tailored specifically to you and your goals. If you’re looking to learn a little more about something, you can always ask your coach to share more of a specific type of resource with you.
OnPoint Social Media
We are very active on social media and love to share information this way. Our social media contains everything from recipes and meal ideas to educational posts and helpful tips.

Our Facebook page shares a lot of similar information to what we share on Instagram. We also have specific Facebook groups where you can connect and share with others in a similar situation as you. Our groups include:
Your Coach’s Instagram
All of the dietitians and nutritionists on the OnPoint team have Instagram accounts where we share our meals, recipes, workouts, and other health and wellness content.
Following your dietitian can help you stay connected and get some more inspiration! It may even give you some topics to chat about in your sessions.
To find your coach’s Instagram page, click on their bio from our team page, then click the Instagram icon under their bio video.
We love to see you following along with our posts!

Liz has been reading nutrition labels since she learned how to read. Growing up with severe peanut and tree nut allergies she learned that it’s important to know what you are putting into your body. She made her first big lifestyle change as a freshman in high school, when she decided to become a vegetarian. However, it wasn’t until she took a food class in Italy as part of a study abroad program in college that it clicked in her mind that she wanted to make food and nutrition her career. Liz graduated from Penn State University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition, as well as a bachelor's degree in Marketing. She completed her dietetic internship with Aramark in Philadelphia, and her master's degree at Northeastern University shortly after.
