Brooke Grossman RDN, LDN

Hi, I’m Brooke!

For so many years of my life, I fell victim to diet culture and was constantly at war with my body. I wasted so much precious time and energy counting calories, obsessing over food, feeling guilty, and punishing myself with exercise. After discovering the Intuitive Eating framework and learning more about the science behind our eating behaviors through my studies and professional work, my views on health and nutrition have completely evolved.

I can happily say that I have found food freedom and live my life intuitively, and I want to help YOU do the same! I am a firm believer that our health cannot be defined by the number on the scale. Through OnPoint’s Intuitive Eating Group Program, I will provide you with the tools you need to form a nourishing relationship with food and live your best life without restriction.

One 25-minute one-on-one Individual Assessment with Brooke Grossman RDN, LDN

We'll review what to expect the next 10 weeks, personal goals and set up your online resources. 



Five Bi-Weekly 60-minute interactive group coaching sessions

All sessions will be conducted via Zoom and recorded. Group session recordings will be posted 24 hours later in your personal food journaling app for future viewing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where and when are the sessions hosted?

Your one-on-one Individual Assessment with Brooke and all group sessions are hosted via Zoom.  Group sessions will be held at 6:00 pm EST April 5th, April 19th, May 3rd, May 17th and June 1st.

What happens if I miss one of the group sessions?

No worries! We’ll be recording all group sessions and sharing via your Food Journaling App in case you miss one or need a refresher.

Do I need to know what Intuitive Eating is to join the group?

Nope! Our course walks you through the principles of intuitive eating, so you don’t have to have any prior knowledge to enroll. By the end of the course, you’ll know all about it!

Is this program for someone with an eating disorder?

This program does not substitute eating disorder treatment nor is it for someone who feels they may have an active eating disorder. This program does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship. For eating disorder information and referrals, please contact NEDA.

What happens after completing the program?

After 10 weeks you will be well on your way to feeling empowered in your choices, making peace with food and your body, and living a life free of restriction! But, your journey with OnPoint does not need to end there. After completing the group program, you can continue working 1:1 with an OnPoint RD to further strengthen your relationship with food and your body. All graduating members of the group will receive 5% off any of our programs.

To ensure a personal and intimate experience, our OnPoint™ Connections groups are open to 8 participants only.   Each participant is asked to submit an application prior to enrollment to ensure our group is a great fit for you.
