Meet Kathryn

 

With over 4 years as a Registered Dietitian and 8 in healthcare, Kathryn's calling is inspiring meaningful nutrition change through personalized guidance. She's a Professor of Nutrition, inspiring students to improve their health, and a creative problem solver, constantly seeking innovative solutions.

During her graduate program she wrote her thesis on childhood obesity in low-income Latino populations, you can read it on the GMU MARS website! She loved grad school as it gave her hands-on experience with many different populations and developed her love of writing.
