I have never felt better in my life since putting more focus on the foods that fuel my body. Leslee has been incredible to work with and I can’t thank her enough! I recently ran my 4th half marathon and it was the best I have ever felt during and after a race! I attribute so much of this to change in my eating and all of the help from Leslee!
Been working with Leslee for almost a year now, my health and relationship with food has changed so much! I've learned more about fueling my body for exercise and not depriving myself. It's been such a positive experience working with this company and Leslee in particular!
"Lifestyle changes are all about sustainability! I always encourage clients to diversify their palates to fend off flavor fatigue and keep cooking meals at home from getting mundane. You get the added benefit of consuming a wider scope of nutrients when you mix meals up!"
