Meeting Regularly = SUCCESS 

Meeting with your personal nutritionist weekly encourages you to regularly reflect on your food choices and eating patterns, and allows you to quickly make incremental improvements and nip bad habits in the bud.  Because many small changes are easier to make than one massive readjustment, meeting on a regular basis helps keep you on track and accountable to your weight loss and nutrition goals.

Further, regular visits enable you to discuss upcoming events with your personal nutritionist. You can prepare for tomorrow’s charity gala, or think through how you will handle the all-you-can-eat buffet at the summer barbecue.  In the same way, recapping these events shortly after they happen allows you to receive instant feedback on unforeseen challenges that you tackled during the event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I extend my program after the initial 10 weeks?

Yes!  After your first 10 weeks of counseling, you and your personal nutritionist/dietitian will determine the ongoing frequency of your sessions.  Program extensions are available in 10 week increments, including twice a week, weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions. 

Do I speak with the same nutritionist/dietitian each session?

Yes!  All sessions and messaging will be with one member of our team for the entire duration of your counseling.  After your consultation, we will determine which team member's skills are best suited for your specific needs. 

Do you offer vegetarian and vegan counseling programs?

Yes! Our nutritionists/dietitians provide counseling for omnivores, pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans.  All program materials are specific to each individual client's needs. Many of our team members follow a variety of plant based lifestyles too!

What forms of payment do you accept?

OnPoint accepts all major credit cards and/or direct bank transfer.  Counseling may also be eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).  Individual coverage may vary.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! Registered Dietitians Emily Pierce RD, LDN and Zoe Fienman RD, LDN, CDE are in-network providers with Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare. Individual coverage for sessions may vary. An eligibility check is required before services are rendered.

Do you offer any discounts?

OnPoint Nutrition offers program discounts to the following individuals; active duty military, spouses and/or domestic partners and select Philadelphia fitness partners.
